Fused glass artist based on the Isle of Skye, drawing on landscape, culture and a background in science and community development.

I discovered fused glass in 2018 and haven't stopped experimenting since. My background in laboratory science and eight years working in island community development have influenced how I approach glass, what I make and what inspires my creativity. My work is often abstract, using colour, texture and the inherent properties of glass to explore our relationship with our history, heritage, culture, environment and landscape.

I'm mentored by glass artist Catherine Dunstan. and I have exhibited with Visual Arts Scotland, The Scottish Glass Society and the Contemporary Glass Society.
